The 60,000 plus defense is really fun. When multiple castles are coming, it is not time to beg help from your mates. This displaces a lot of troops. If it is a good diversion, the troops cannot get back home in time to help the real target. Spartan Defense works good here because when the defender leaves 110 troops in the castle and adds 54 for each successive round, he loses 380 in the first hour and 324 each hour there after. I like to run all of the troops out of the castle being attacked except for the initial 110 that will begin the battle. I then use 54 troops every 10 minutes from my other castles. By using different troops or carts as pace keepers, I can set up an 8 hour trickle in about an hour. You can also get others to take a turn sending 54 troops every ten minutes. If you miss a time slot and have gold and resources you can always create 54 troops to fill the gap.
