Understanding Attack Reports

Reading and understanding attack reports is very important when you are at "war." There is a lot of information that comes from them. I read the launch reports to know how many seconds elapsed between launches. A lot of players launch with 8 seconds in between launches. These, I usually dismissed as fakes( it takes time to choose troops and silver). Timed fakes are much tougher to ignore. I would also check to see if the same castles were attacking each of my castles. If so, at least one is most likely a fake. I count the castles of attacking players to see how many castles must be attacking to bring enough silver. I also ignore most long range attacks, especially from players with few castles. Take time to understand the information that you are being fed so that you can respond appropriately. players with castles in the middle of a stronghold may want to push SOME of their defense forward to the outer edges of the stronghold or to players outside of the SH.
